Rachel Schreibstein, M.Ed
Sport Psychology Consultant
Rachel Schreibstein recently received her Master’s degree in Counseling with a concentration in Sport & Performance Psychology from Boston University. She is currently pursuing her Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) certification, as well as licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts, under Olivia’s supervision.
Rachel has worked with athletes across a variety of sports from youth to collegiate levels at universities including Harvard, MIT, and Tufts, in both mental health and mental performance settings. She believes that, for any high-performing individual, building a strong foundation of self-awareness is the key that unlocks the ability to thrive under pressure, practice resilience, and foster confidence in their abilities, both for performance and for everyday life. Rachel enjoys helping high-achievers see that self-compassion and self-discipline go hand-in-hand, and finding the right balance between the two can be what takes performance to the next level.

Olivia Papakyrikos, M.Ed, LMHC, LPC
Founder, Licensed Therapist, Sport & Performance Psychology Consultant
Olivia Papakyrikos, M.Ed, LMHC, LPC is a former NCAA field hockey player turned licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and sport psychology consultant. After navigating her own injuries and performance pressures as an athlete, she committed herself to helping others better understand the mental side of sport and high performance.
She founded Papakyrikos Therapy & Performance, a boutique practice in Boston, MA that supports athletes, high-achieving students, and driven professionals who are juggling big goals with real-world stress. She works with clients to optimize performance and strengthen mental health, specializing in athlete mental health, eating disorders and body image, injury recovery, burnout, anxiety and life transitions. She helps people build resilience, regulate stress, and perform at a high level without losing themselves in the process.
With nearly a decade of experience, She has worked with collegiate and elite athletes from institutions such as Harvard University, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, University of Massachusetts Amherst, and Middlebury College, while also maintaining partnerships with multiple athletic departments. For the past four years, she has collaborated with the Female Athlete Conference and has served as a guest presenter for the Olympic Committee of Montenegro EmpowerHer Series. Olivia also works as a Voice in Sport Expert with Voice in Sport, providing workshops, mentorship, and education to athletes through their platform.
Olivia is licensed in Massachusetts and Connecticut, and works with clients both locally and virtually. In addition to individual counseling services, Olivia consults with athletes, high performers, businesses, and organizations nationwide.

Zachary Jorgenson, M.Ed
Sport Psychology Consultant
Zachary Jorgenson recently earned his Master of Education in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Springfield College, where he focused on the applied side of mental performance and athlete development. With a background in health sciences, coaching, and mental performance training, he is passionate about helping athletes strengthen confidence, improve focus, and navigate the mental demands of competition and performance environments.
Through his work with youth and collegiate athletes and coaching staff, Zachary has provided individual mental performance sessions, team workshops, and on-site support to help athletes perform with greater consistency and self-awareness. His approach emphasizes practical mental skills, relationship-building, and creating environments that support both performance and overall well-being.
