Eating Disorder Therapy

Eating disorder therapy offers specialized, evidenced based support for individuals struggling with disordered eating, body image concerns, and food-related stress. Olivia has extensive experience working across all levels of care, supporting clients with eating disorders and related concerns throughout recovery.

 

This work is grounded in a weight-inclusive, compassionate approach that prioritizes both physical and psychological well-being. Therapy focuses on addressing the underlying emotional, relational, and performance-related factors that maintain disordered eating, while supporting clients in rebuilding trust with their bodies, food, and themselves.
