Get the support you need, the way you need it...

Therapy (Licensed in MA)

Therapy can be a powerful place to start when you’re trying to understand what’s holding you back, move through a challenge, or make meaningful changes in your life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with body image, anxious, navigating a major life transition, or struggling to manage relationships, this work is about creating space for clarity, steadiness, and meaningful change. This is a space where you don’t have to explain or justify how hard things feel—you’re met with understanding, care, and respect.

Our work together focuses on building emotional awareness, strengthening coping skills, and gently addressing concerns such as anxiety, stress, life changes, and performance-related pressures. Sessions move at your pace, with care and intention, supporting long-term growth, resilience, and overall well-being.

Eating Disorder Therapy

Our Eating Disorder Therapy services support individuals in Massachusetts who are navigating recovery — whether you’re stepping down from higher care or beginning therapy for the first time. We work with individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating and body image concerns as well as having extensive background working with athletes navigating these issues. If you find yourself hyper focused on food, body image, or weight, you deserve support.

Together, we’ll explore your relationship with food, body, and exercise. We will work to challenge behaviors, develop alternative coping skills, build a healthier relationship with your body.

Care is collaborative and individualized, moving at a pace that feels manageable and safe. The goal is not perfection or quick fixes, but sustainable change—supporting recovery, self-trust, and a more peaceful relationship with food, body, and daily life.

We collaborate closely with dietitians and medical providers to ensure your safety and care.
